This past week I visited Toyota for a replacement battery for my 2020 Corolla. "David Aquino" assisted me in the process. David offered a loner car till the replacement battery would arrive. Within two days David called and said my car was ready for pick up. Mr. Aquino was professional at all times. I had to call in 8 times to get a human to try and answer my question. I finally got Mike Mateo, who not only was unable to answer my question, but also was rude. As a Toyata customer who invested over $50 my question. I finally got Mike Mateo, who not only was unable to answer my question, but also was rude. As a Toyata customer who invested over $50,000 in a Toyota SUV, I did not expect this treatment. I would not recommend calling the Germain Toyota dealer in Naples with a question. The service is poor and the courtesy is poor. Mike Mateo told me he would find that answer or have someone call me who could answer my question and 2 hours later I have not received a call.
