I can't say enough about how great the service from Kris Rivers at Germain Toyota is. From the get go he really listened to what I wanted and my timeframe. He went to work immediately to figure out the best Rivers at Germain Toyota is. From the get go he really listened to what I wanted and my timeframe. He went to work immediately to figure out the best price for my Jeep. He understood my criteria for another vehicle and was smart with his suggestions. Didn't waste my time trying to sell me stuff he knew wouldn't meet my needs and was honest to say that they did not have a suitable car for me on that day. If they had had the right car I would have bought from Kris 100%. I would definitely go back at any point in the future if I needed another car to see if I could buy from him specifically. I have to say I hate car buying, I hate the usual patronising behaviour you get from a lot of salesmen and I hate being 'sold' to so I can tell you that this guy is awesome; was smart, polite, honest and enjoyable to do business with.... perfect marks in my view. More

Could Not Possibly Be More Disappointed with Germain "Servic Purchased a Certified Toyota Camry for our Daughter, because we have had several Toyota's in the past, and this car is "Certified" with <20k miles and Purchased a Certified Toyota Camry for our Daughter, because we have had several Toyota's in the past, and this car is "Certified" with <20k miles and we should be protected. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I brought it into the "service" department because the radio screen turned black, and did not work. I was told that the certified warranty did not include the radio, and was sent on my way with a $650+ estimate to replace the defective one. When I got home, I read the certified warranty which clearly stated that only modified or after-market radios were not covered. This radio was the one that came with the car from the factory, so I left several messages for the service technician. When he finally returned my calls, he said I could be in for (refurbished) replacement, and that this was his last day (yeah). The radio was replaced with another defective one which had to be replaced again less than a year later.....then again less than a year after that. And now, that one failed as well. So, I made an appointment online and when I brought it in, waited for 45 minutes, until Diego came out to see me. Diego proceeded to tell me that I was considered a walk-in, because I did not have an appointment. We sat at his desk, and he magically found my appointment and we discussed the radio. Diego could not find the 2nd problem with the radio and said the radio was not covered and a new one would be really expensive. I left upset because he could not find anything in their "system", pulled over on the side of the road, looked through the glove box, and found the receipts for all my visits. I returned to the dealership with my service receipts, but for some reason the 2nd radio issue was not logged "in their system". While I was gone though he spoke to his "manager" who was going to see what he could do". The Manager came into Diego's cube and told me he would "see what he could do". They both apologized often and profusely, but only looked for ways not to help me. I never heard back from Diego's Manager (surprise), and found out the girl that handled the 2nd radio issue was no longer there (another surprise). All our other vehicles get serviced next door at Germain Lexus, and it is always a great experience, but for some reason Germain Toyota is always very strange. I will no longer ever visit (never, ever) Germain Toyota in Naples again, and I highly recommend you never visit Germain Toyota in Naples either if you can help it! More
This place is a joke and warn everyone to stay away!!!! I purchased a used vehicle from them less then 45 days ago that just took a crap and broke down less the 1,500 miles . Took it to ford like they told us to have checked and major issues and components are bad . The entire fuel system needs to be replaced and the main engine seals are bad and need to be replaced costing over $5,000 in repairs . They sold us the truck and said we had a full power train warranty plus which actually means nothing and does not want to cover engine repairs even though ford said it’s major components that should be covered on all vehicles . I talked with Philip Nuzi the magager and he told me they would not cover the cost it was bought as is even knowing that I only put less then 1,500 miles in the vehicle since buying it . I highly recommend that you stay away from this dealer and look else where . We are a very respected business that’s been around over 30 plus years helping our communities and going far and beyond to help others and I can assure you if they treat us this way imagine what they would do to you ??? Their services sucks and their attitude towards clients once they have your money is the worst . They could care less about you other then making a quick buck and have not tried to help us In any way since this incident . I have been without a company truck for over three weeks when I just bought this truck last month from them trading in a perfectly great running truck thinking we was getting an upgrade along with 6k cash down . All you are is a dollar sign to them and I hope everyone else does not make the same mistake we did . I will make it a point to bring as many peoples attention to this as possible and plan on seeking legal counsel as of today as well as notifying local news media and social media to make sure as many people find out just how poorly Germain Toyota of Naples handles their clients . Best Dealer Service Visit Ever My wife, Penny, & I are Florida snowbirds (from Chicago) and we were recently driving to the beach in North Naples, FL when a tire pressure light came My wife, Penny, & I are Florida snowbirds (from Chicago) and we were recently driving to the beach in North Naples, FL when a tire pressure light came on in our Toyota Sienna. Since we were close to Germain Toyota, we decided to see if we could get service (without an appointment) on the tire issue and even an upcoming oil-change-plus at the same time. Upon arriving, we were welcomed into the Service Department and Mr. Martin Olvera, Jr. was introduced to us as our Service Advisor. Martin wrote up our service needs, estimated our wait time, and explained all of the amenities available to us while we waited for our vehicle. He even repeated a previously-mentioned offer of providing shuttle service to & from the beach while our Sienna was being serviced! We were surprised by & appreciated that offer, but declined it since our wait wasn't going to be lengthy. Our very comfortable visit at this impressive dealership ended when Mr. Olvera informed us that our Sienna was ready and he handed me the service paperwork which indicated no charge for the tire repair (because our wait time had slightly exceeded his estimate)! All of the staff at this remarkable dealership, with whom we came into contact (especially Martin Olvera, Jr.) was extremely cordial & accommodating. Penny & I heartily recommend that any Toyota owner in SW Florida, with vehicle service issues, contact Germain Toyota in Naples for some of their 5-Star Service. David S. & Penny I. Miller More
