He helped me work with the leasing company and my insurance and he went out of his way to arrange for me to have upgraded safety features installed in the vehicle at my request after the sale. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, hard working salesman who will go out of his way to do the right thing and make sure the customer’s needs are met. More

Know that this discount they provide over the phone will be filled with hidden contingencies! Do not recommend them! Would NOT buy from them again. Whatever happened to honesty and integrity! More

Stopped in at 2:30 to request an offer for my used Highlander. Dimitri was the salesman who said he would be appraising my vehicle. An hour later at 3;30 I walked out and asked Dimtri to call my cell Highlander. Dimitri was the salesman who said he would be appraising my vehicle. Found them to be unprofessional and untrustworthy They are pushy and would not trust this dealer. I like Toyotas but they cam across as shady presenting horrible deals. I came to drop off my lease & was told I had to go to Fort Myers because they “don’t have room for vehicles that weren’t bought here”. I bought my Toyota in Fort Myers because I lived there. Never had such a bad experience. My truck is under warranty but just sort of passed me off and said nothing wrong with it. Had a noon appointment did get it in till 1 15 and had it in shop for 40 minu warranty but just sort of passed me off and said nothing wrong with it. So they keep my truck for 5 days nothing fixed. The only answer I get is they all do that noise.
