I attended the dealership on a Tuesday morning with my 2010 Highlander because I was experiencing an air conditioning problem. I was told what the problem was by my Service Advisor and the Technician. I w 2010 Highlander because I was experiencing an air conditioning problem. I was told what the problem was by my Service Advisor and the Technician. I was informed that it would take at least a day to fix the problem and was given the cost to fix it. I was then given a ‘Loaner Vehicle’ and sent on my way. As promised my vehicle was fixed by 8:00 am the next morning and the total cost was cheaper than I was originally quoted. Everyone that I dealt with during my experience was very professional and courteous. More
