I recently purchased a 2019 Mazda 3 Preferred from Germain Toyota on Monday, 11/25/24. I was recommended this dealership from a family member. However, my experience with the finance manager, Damion, was quite disappointing.Despite visiting the dealership three times to cancel my GAP and warranty, I've still not been able to resolve the issue. It's clear that post-sales customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I'm hoping the dealership can rectify this situation by removing these unauthorized additions and updating the contract. In addition, I am disappointed with the lack of a spare key upon purchasing my vehicle. A basic necessity that was overlooked. More
