Your website listed Apple carplay, so I assumed it was present in the radio. As we drove away after purchase I realized there was no applecarplay. I called the salesman, Lorzio, and he said to attach a cable from my phone to the USB outlet below the radio. I did but there was no applecarplay connection. I talked to a different salesman, Jerry, the following day and he said the same thing- to plug phone into the USB. He told me to use the second USB outlet, but there is only one in my truck. Neither of these salesmen were aware whether the truck did or did not have car play. I believe you should replace my radio with one that has wired or wireless apple carplay because that's how it was listed on your website.
