I recommend nobody to visit used car department. I have never meet more rude and impolite staff. They gave me three different versions why the car can't be show. 1. can't find it on a backyard 2. Can't find the key 3. The car in repair zone for ore-sake preparation. No one direct answer for my simple question if the car is here? Instead they were lying to me about the car, so I just left. More
This is probably one of the worst businesses in Florida, especially when it comes to management and their business model. Money hungry, not business driven. Would not try to earn your business but rather just argue why a business can’t happen. In my years purchasing vehicles I had never been so carelessly talked to. In all cases if a business has any level of difficulty you always get to talk to management and at least see what other options you have. Plain and simple not the case at this venue. Basically if you don’t like the initial offer, there’s no further negotiations. Just a simple “we can’t make it happen”. Their appraisal process is complete garbage too. I guess they need every penny to launch deceiving commercials. I will take my business elsewhere, I just wanted the convenience to stay in Naples. Most Toyota dealerships would love to have anyone is business. Not this place. My suggestion is to train your management and associates better. More
We are still waiting, since Oct 17, for our refundable deposit to be credited back to our credit card by accounting. High pressure sales tactics when I wasn't even looking to buy. They came at me with two people trying to pressure me into accepting a lowball price for my 2019 Camry and kept trying to get me to accept highe buy. They came at me with two people trying to pressure me into accepting a lowball price for my 2019 Camry and kept trying to get me to accept higher amounts of payment and interest rate which I know for a fact goes in their pockets I've done my research on dealerships. The only way they can get my business now would be if they give me $21,000 for my car $21,000 no less lower the MSRP by a couple of thousand dollars I know it can be done because it gets done all the time. I know the dealerships try and get you to accept a lowball price for your car they try and get you to accept a higher interest rate and if you're financing than a higher loan amount higher payments they try to stretch it out over 84 months which is a ridiculous amount of time to carry a car loan I am like she's supposed to come More
Very disappointed about the purchase of my car. My first mistake wasI believed him. I purchased 2022 Camry. One month later Germain receives 2023 Camry. I was lied to My second mistake was the financing, I was able to refinance the car at 3% less. My third mistake was the extended warranties was told that they could not be taken off of the contract because they were part of the invoice and I believe them. Another lie. I would not recommend this Dealership the only thing they want is to do what they want not what the customer wants, they lie to you in many ways to get your money and later you will find out how dishonest they are. Does not have to be this way. There are other dealership out there who will be honest with you Germain is not the only place to purchase a car. More
Son muy mentiroso compré un carro y me estafaron con la venta a los tres meses se rompió y no me ayudaron a resolver mi problema según el vendedor no se puede hacer nada y mi carro lo tengo roto y no van a venta a los tres meses se rompió y no me ayudaron a resolver mi problema según el vendedor no se puede hacer nada y mi carro lo tengo roto y no van arreglar mi auto osea me quedo con el carro roto se lavaron las manos y que yo resuelva mi problema con mis medios y pague el arreglo del carro que tiene un costo muy alta final todos son unos mentirosos y no te ayudan en nada supuestamente el vendedor me dijo que el manillar no puede ayudar con mi problema se cansa de estafar las personas y no es justo puesto que compré un carro de un costo de treinta y un mil dólares demasiado dinero para un carro de uso y que no quieran ayudar con el arreglado del carro solo con tres meses de comprado no les compren carro a ese diler porque luego que pase esto que me paso ami se quedan con el carro roto final son muy mentiroso More

Vehicle purchase is my 25 year old daughter who works full time and goes to school. Ordered a RAV4 Hybird in February. Car came in damaged in March they said, need to order another. Second RAV is expected this week so finance department Dora contacted us. She called herself “legal”? I have purchased more vehicles then most people, and finance managers have never deferred to themselves as legal. That is ridiculous. She is not an attorney nor a paralegal. Stop saying your legal. Started going over the contracts and we told her no added warranties were wanted that are not included in the original price. Simple right? $15k down, excellent credit and this would be the 3rd vehicle purchased at this dealer shop in the last 2 years. One was a lease, not issues. Other was a Tacoma no issues. You what Dora tells us? We have to add on an additional $599 for paint protection. It’s mandatory at Germain Toyota, out of her control. Why? Well it’s all part of legal don’t you know? When you return the vehicle it better for everyone don’t you know. What the holly heck is she blathering about? We are buying a vehicle and it is none of her nor the dealers concern what we do with it. True story — mandatory paint protection! Sure better than a wax, not as good as a ceramic coat — definitely not for $599. She never even explained what it entailed so I really don’t know. Her “legal” contracts had the wrong information, social security number, contact info and she again stumbled blaming it on someone else in Finance (or did she really mean legal?) so my opening to ask to have that person call us to complete the purchase. Buy. Carlos calls us back, same story, out of his hands paint protection mandatory. Now I know this vehicle will be sold quickly since it has such high demand, but they lost 5 customers at once here and the car market will not always be like it is now. What a disappointing experience all around and to be treated like we were actually going to go along with such nonsense. Stay away from Germain is all I can stay. More
