Upon the vehicle's delivery I was given several days to finalize my purchase... another local dealership gave me two hours, and when I was unable to leave work, sold the vehicle to the next person in line. I replaced the battery and agreed that lubricating the brake calipers may fix my squishiness problem. My decision was a direct result of Anne Marie's outstanding explanation, illustrating her words with images I could see on her computer.
