Service at Germain Toyota is the best I have experienced. While on vacation our vehicle broke down, Germain was able to get it in immediately and our Service Advisor Fred Soto went over and above to resolve While on vacation our vehicle broke down, Germain was able to get it in immediately and our Service Advisor Fred Soto went over and above to resolve our warranty issue, including rental car, parts sourcing and vehicle repair. I have serviced my 2 Toyota vehicles at Germain for the past 2-3 years. I've used Dameion as my service advisor for most of the time and I have to say, he's pleasant to work with. Dameion has a great perso past 2-3 years. I've used Dameion as my service advisor for most of the time and I have to say, he's pleasant to work with. I’ve got my new RAV4 in December 2022 but for some reason the corporate never gave me a second key and they keep promising and lying about for 5 months.
