Went to get mine to be fixed and they told us it’s bent rim fixed that but then said it’s still vibrating bad, they said we must have had a rexj but nope. They then said we hit a pot hole, (pa corporate said that’s ok if anyone does it’s fl and they are everywhere warranty still covers. A there calls are recorded so they can go play back that being said to me n my husband. Then they said another issue is the problem is not covered by warranty , whatttttt it was less then 3 mths old. Corporate says it’s cover when we called !!! And yet they wanted us to pay. We didn’t mind even with that being the case like whatever but when asked if it will fix the problem they said not sure we are guessing. ( and mind u to one of the owners whom is an ASE master level mechanic whom offered advise to check it an respected the dealership an said I won’t work on it so u can but this is my thoughts u may want to try) an offered to show his certs so they would know he was being honest. They didn’t care. And that’s fine. But then we were told by corporate that higher up needed to be involved, and that we were to keep the rental until they fix the car with all the issues we were addressing. But the dealership customer service director threatened that I bring it back or she would send certified mail if it’s wasn’t back that it would be claimed stolen. I said miss I have tried to return it even when my car wasn’t ready an I was yelled at by Rudy , I said I came right after work. They said that doesn’t work. I said well now corporate is involved and said not to give it back till my car is fixed and she said corporate didn’t say that and that I have to get it back. I said you have a contract and you have my credit card and you have my car, and I was still threatened to bring it back went in front of her and offered to put corporate on the line. She told me not to. The rental must be returned even tho they still didn’t fix car. So I returned it. The dealership was mad because I didn’t know My husband had only changed a tire no accidents with us but they claim that happened, when asking about why my car isn’t fixed and how corporate said keep rental they said that corporate didn’t say that. So long story short I had to come and get my car and still have it not fixed and on top of it was treated very poorly when trying to be kind and just get it fixed as promised when you buy a car , they said if there’s ever an issue or something new to buy we are here to help ur like family when u by here. Seems sales is awesome , that was best experience but when possible manufacture default or issue with their techs having my car an what happened in their care is not the same care an concern. Just shoed away. Wendle the GM was so kind and promised to handle. But got busy , had personal or vaca time I don’t know which, to then it got passed to someone else, an to whom it got handed to should not handle any cases because they didn’t work with us an corporate just didn’t even care or listen. and at first we tried to get it resolved at lower level. An also PS - to anyone wanting to buy here. Amazing deals an cars for the most part but if u get the bad one don’t expect them to care to fix it! I’ve read the other reviews so it seems if u google I’m not the only one to get this poor treatment. Even worse we were trying to just buy a new car hoping it was just that car was bad, the fear is it’s the transmission an I hav my son in car sometimes we need a reliable car and I was told banned to buy. Who does that when it’s ur new cars default ?! We never blamed them I even listened when the GM said this happens, we have had low inventory so it’s possible it’s sat too long or it’s manufactured defects. So why blame to us. We didn’t do anything to be treated that way. Just Worse service ever!!! More

I called Germain Toyota of Naples on 9/6/2023 on a preowned landrover. Manny the sales person told me they don't charge a doc fee or play games and in a very friendly demeanor let me know to feel comf preowned landrover. Manny the sales person told me they don't charge a doc fee or play games and in a very friendly demeanor let me know to feel comfortable to visit and do a deal. I drove to the business in my car a Nissan SUV I intended to offer for trade. Once I test drove the landrover, I asked to work out a deal. Manny proceeded to appraise my car and came back with a quote. Without having a clear view of my financial condition, they proceeded to quote me a trade in value on my truck at least $2,000 below what the trade in value should be and for some unknown reason they proceeded to quote me a payment of between $450-$500 month for 54 months. They also showed me several fees on the quote that I would have to pay to consummate the deal. One of those fees was an $850 doc fee which they originally claimed not to do at their dealership, also they kept going bak an forth on the proposition of the deal, which I explicitly said I did not want to go back and forth with them as in my eyes this deal was very simple and too small in financial terms to warrant all the manipulation of terms between the sales person and the "sales office." 3 people got involved in this simple transaction which didn't make sense to me. I felt like I was being played for a fool just to see which lie from which of the 3 people dealing with me I would fall for. After I pointed out that: the offered value on my trade was too low, that it didn't make sense they lied to me about the doc fee and I wouldn't pay it, that without my request or explicit permission, they made a determination on my financial worthiness without looking at all the variables of the deal; I wished to terminate the conversation. The sales person urged me to continue to work with them, at this point the 3rd person showed up and starting to make blatant claims about the car, my financial situation, my trade without being aware of all the variables, he pointed out my trade would bring $8,000 of negative equity to the deal. I pointed out that first of all, the real trade in value on my car should be at least $2,000 higher and in regards to the rest, I would be happy to cover it with my own cash and he had no justifiable reason to provide me payments without knowing more to this deal. Also, a $450 payment seemed very high considered the projected amount of the transaction. This 3rd sales manager, immediately agreed to give me what I asked for my trade, which led me to believe; they already knew it would come to that but they would try anyway to take advantage of me and if I took their offer they would corruptly steal the difference. Since, the negotiations seemed to take a ridiculous turn of back and forth with a sales office literally 10 feet away from me. I went directly to their step of the office and I asked that we stop playing this game and I would like to clarify exactly what I believed we were doing so that no more back and forth would occur, I offered to write down what I wished to transpire with the same pen and paper they previously handed me to provide additional information at the sales desk. This third manager, grabbed the pen from my hand got completely agitated, started snapping his fingers at my face, screaming and asking me to get out of his "house." With now 3 managers surrounding me and one being really aggressive, we had an altercation and I left the dealer. More
