I set up an appointment at Germain Toyota to have the driver’s side rear suspension inspected on my 2017 Highlander. It had recently been involved in an accident and I wanted to be certain the car was sa driver’s side rear suspension inspected on my 2017 Highlander. It had recently been involved in an accident and I wanted to be certain the car was safe to drive. I was told the inspection would cost me $95.00. When I arrived for the inspection, Rudy told me the charge would be $190.00. When I told him I was quoted $95.00. He told me it couldn’t be done for that price. I told him I would take the somewhere else. He then said he would honor my $95.00 quote. Two and a half hours later Rudy told me my inspection was completed and my rear suspension was fine. He then proceeded to tell me my Highlander needed an alignment as the steering wheel was cocked to one side. He told me the inspection would cost me $135.00. I refused the alignment. And told him my vehicle did not need an alignment and the steering wheel was not cocked to one side. I have been a customer of Germain Toyota for over 13 years and have never been treated this way. I have always been able to count on Germain Toyota for prompt, quality service at a fair price. I certainly hope this is not the way all of your customers are being treated now. Michael Jones More
