I am so tired of being harassed by multiple associates at Germain Toyota to buy my vehicle when I go in for service. It happened again on Friday--3 different associates from the time I stepped foot out of m Germain Toyota to buy my vehicle when I go in for service. It happened again on Friday--3 different associates from the time I stepped foot out of my vehicle. I have said and said and said I am not selling. But no one there listens. No one should be harassed to sell or buy anything else when they go in for service. You are driving off customers with this very "in your face" approach that does not leave customers alone. It was not like this in years past. Stop it! More
Do not go to Germain Toyota. We bought a used Tundra and was told all maintenance including oil change was done on the vehicle. Less then 3000 miles later our maintenance light came on and when we asked they said they must have forgotten to reset the button. I did not trust them so I asked for them to change the oil for peace of mind considering it was less than 5000 miles and no sticker was placed on the corner of when the next oil change should be done. My husband marked the screws on the skid plate to be able to verify that they would change the oil, and when they gave him the vehicle back in less than 20 minutes he looked at the skid plate to see that the screws did not move from where we marked them. They flat out lied to his face saying that they changed it today. This is not an honest company. We have bought several cars from here and will never go back and will make sure we tell all our friends and family not to do business here! Used salesman was David. Used Sales Manager was Anthony. Have used Germain for almost 20 yrs. Always great service with this exception. I was not informed that I needed a air filter so now I need to return for that service. Also first time ever happened I received someone else’s service review stapled to my invoice. That’s disturbing since it had other persons personal info on it. More care should be taken when putting together invoice & service review. And ALL issues with my car should have been mentioned . More
