As I've stated in my previous reviews of Germain Toyota of Naples, Florida, I have purchased 3 new Toyota's from Germain within the last 3 years and have used Dameion Reed as a service advisor for all of m of Naples, Florida, I have purchased 3 new Toyota's from Germain within the last 3 years and have used Dameion Reed as a service advisor for all of my service needs. Dameion is an excellent listener and people person. He also has an exceptional background in automotive service. Putting aside his knowledge and expertise, Dameion will work with the customer and get the owner back into his vehicle in a timely manner. I was in and out of the service department within an hour and a half, respectfully for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2023 Tacoma.
