I am not happy at all with the finance end of this dealership. I was not given the amount of any fees. I wasn't even told what the total amount was. I was handed a card when I left the dealership and had to insert it in my computer at home to find out how much my car cost. I don't believe this is any way to run a business. Also, I purchased an extended warranty which also included roadside assistance. I was not given any kind of number or card to carry with me or no one explained to me how I was to use this service if necessary. More

I think the fact that they think that people aren't smart enough to figure out how the process is done when you buy a car. These guys needs training on speaking with customers as clients.
