He met me at the door; but at no time did he make me feel that I was being pressured. He listened to what I had to say, and answered my questions thoroughly. He spent more than 3 hours with me, and the end result was my being the proud owner of a 2010 Corrolla S. I left the dealership feeling "satisfied that I had made a good decision." I stopped in at Germain Toyota of Naples on Tues, Aug. 24 to look at a new Yaris. Christopher came out to the lot and was very informative about the vehicle. Wonderful service! We went in to look at the new Prius ,with no intention of making a purchase. Two hours later we went home with a new 2010 Prius4! Rodney Miller sold me a Rav4 back in November of 2007. He kept in contact with me since that purchase until it was time to buy another. The 2009 Venza wasn't even on my list but he sold me the car. He showed me everything from the rear window defrosters to the key less entry. He showed me standard equipment that I knew that was there but showed it anyway and I liked that. Another salesperson we came in contact with (not at your dealership or affiliate) was taking phone calls from his cell conversing to his girlfriend while on a test drive. On top of that, didn't even show the car but wanted to get out of the heat. My hats off to Germaine and Rodney Miller for their 'going extra mile' attitude. An honorable mention to John Hill that took care of us after the sale. He deserves a bonus or at least tickets to a Dolphin game. Thanks for staying in business over the years and the cookies in the service waiting area. ;-) More
