I bought my car on Memorial Day-- I didn't go in expecting to buy a car in one afternoon, but Chris found the perfect vehicle for me and worked a deal I could not turn down. My experience was great at this dealership. I originally was looking at a used vehicle and ended up buying a new one instead. My salesman Carlos was great to work with. It was a good experience and I would do it again. The only thing that I was disappointed with was I did not get the differed payments until 2011 I only received deferred payments to 10/1. This was the 2nd Toyota we bought at Germain.We shopped Naples and they had the best deal.Rony Levy was very helpful. Service was quick, friendly,and the quality appears to be great. The process of buying a car takes time, but it was late and the key people stayed to finalize our papers. We did buy this later in the evening and that may be the reason that the car was not washed. The back window was very dirty. A coupon for a free wash should be issued in this instance when it is very late. Overall, it was a successful experience. More
