We have been toyota customers for 20 years. We have always used Ft myers toyota for our buys as well as service and have been extremely happy. Never had that happen before in fact they would let us know about watching out for future repairs but suggested waiting. When it was time to purchase our new car we traveled to Naples to try that dealer .
