I originally went elsewhere for an oil change. That service center said the oil-filter housing unit was broken (they could not access the filter). Germain Toyota service said no - it was fine. I made my appointment with Michael Cunningham. When I arrived at the appointment he met me with a smile. A short time later he gave me an estimate of the work to be done and told me the length of time it arrived at the appointment he met me with a smile. The repair was made in the alloted time and the price was below the estimate. He also gladly accepted a coupon from another dealer for a savings to me. I had a follow up visit a few days later for a piece that fell off during the free car wash. Mike had found the piece and had it for me and I was out of there in a few minutes. Germain is an excellent dealership and they are fortunate to have employees like Mike Cunningham. More

The car needed so many repairs we opted to buy a new Camry. Paul Delmonte helped us at that time and was very patient with us making a decision that we did not expect to make for a few years. Back to Ann, we knew our car had a recall, but we decided to wait until we got to Florida to have it done. We had such a good experience with Ann last year, we expected the same this year. Of course Ann lived up to it. We called on Monday and had the appt on Tuesday at exactly the time we requested.
