He immediately addressed my concerns; he made sure I was comfortable in a quiet lounge and when the mechanic servicing my vehicle found a problem with one of my tires, Mr. Ctvrtnik,s professional skills kicked in re: how he handle the situation with me. Upon arriving I was greeted ...Mike listened to what I was describing about the issue with my car, he escorted me to the waiting area and then later brought me back to the bay to my car and he and the mec was describing about the issue with my car, he escorted me to the waiting area and then later brought me back to the bay to my car and he and the mechanic addressed the issue and also pointed out the connector to my headlight that has burned out and would replace. I originally went elsewhere for an oil change. That service center said the oil-filter housing unit was broken (they could not access the filter). Germain Toyota service said no - it was fine.
