My mother has been leasing Toyota Camry vehicles for over twenty years. Up until this last leasing experience she has been very satisfied. However that being said, Rony Levy called my 76 year old mother in 14 months early telling her it was time to come in and pick out her new car. She trusted him. Having just been diagnosed with an early stage of dementia she did not realize she was being called in early. The new lease agreement details were not fully explained to her. The dealership charged her an outrageous amount for a bare bones- last model year car. The general manager, Evelyn tried to tell me they lost money on this deal. I wonder how much money they lost selling my mother's 2 year 10 month old lease that had less than 10k mileage on it. Isn't warm and comforting to know that this dealership is so benevolent? Don't kid yourself, they laughed all the way to the bank. My mother is not wealthy, she was taken advantage of by Germain Toyota because she is elderly and went into the dealership by herself. Evelyn tried to rationalize an early trade because of the color of the vehicle. Please, my mother was eru happy with her car, if it had been explained properly that she was being called in early and acquiring negative equity to trade in her lease she would never have agreed to the deal. This dealership should be ashamed of what they did to my mother. I flew to Florida within the first 30 days of her lease to try and work things out with them, I was treated very rudely by Evelyn. I have spoken with 4 different dealerships in 4 different states (I plan to continue, if nothing else than to spread the word of how shady this dealership is...I travel a lot), every one of them are appalled by Germain's actions and said this deal could have been unravelled by Germain. They have chosen to be uncooperative. Please be very wary of the shady dealings of this outfit. More
The dealership was very dishonest with me. After we had agreed on a price for a new car, and after I had signed most of the paperwork, they cancelled the deal for an error on their part. I had verified all the numbers of our deal over the phone, twice, before I ever went down to sign the paperwork. I know if I had changed my mind after signing the deal I'd be stuck but clearly there is a double standard. I was barely given an apology and hussled out the door. In telling my friends and family what Germain had done to me I've come to find out that they treat most of their customers badly- many finding out after their deals are done that they were lied to at various points in the transaction. Most people I tell my story too have told me that based on their own experience (and mine too) they'd never buy from this dealership again. More
My experience at Germain Toyota of Naples was fantastic. From the minute I walked in the door, a very friendly sales staff greeted me. Christopher Defty, the car salesman who assisted me, was very knowledgeable regarding the inventory he had in stock, sales promotions that were in effect, price differences and car features. He was also very personable and entertaining; he really took the pressure of leasing a new car. I also appreciated how the finance manager, Ivan Najero, and the Sales Manager, Laz Lopez, worked as a team to help me get the best price possible for my new cars. I didn’t feel like I was being passed around from person to person. Overall, doing business with this dealership was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a new car. Thanks guys! ~ Jose More
I traded in a Camry for a Prius over 6 months ago.The I traded in a Camry for a Prius over 6 months ago.The deal was done,keys were given to me,Camry looked at,my trade was in great condition and off I traded in a Camry for a Prius over 6 months ago.The deal was done,keys were given to me,Camry looked at,my trade was in great condition and off I went.At the time over the next few months I was annoyed due to lack of customer service when I had issues with my bluetooth.Then calls started coming in 6 months later from Southeast Toyota requiring a disposition fee and bills for "wear and tear"of around $650.Since then and after around 12 phone calls,the person that I have been speaking to hasn't returned my phone calls,nor has he removed the disposition fee like he said he did.I since then negotiated with Southeast to lesson the bill and paid it.I would not recommend this dealership. More

My first meeting with Ivan was during a service visit when I ran into him in the showroom while I looked around waiting for my car. It was then that I mentioned to him that I had had an unpleasant experi when I ran into him in the showroom while I looked around waiting for my car. It was then that I mentioned to him that I had had an unpleasant experience the last time I was there looking for a new car,and his response was simple and to the point,"when you are ready come back and let me erase that memory". Sure enough I did go back and met with him and Eddie Vasco, who was instrumental in putting together the deal that indeed erased all of the bad memories. In fact it all went so well that in the same month I went back and closed on two more deals, yes three cars in one month. Each deal was better than the last, specially the last one where Eddie actually remembered my weakness for specific color and manual transmission and got me into a Corolla which I am thoroughly enjoying. Their service and friendliness simply goes above and beyond, and their understanding of what I needed as a customer was perfect. Every time I went back they made me feel like I was a friend not a customer , and each time they went the extra mile for me. Undoubtedly they will be the first on my list of recommendations to anyone that asks me for a reference for purchasing a new car, and as soon as its time to make a change for myself I am comfortable in the thought that I have somewhere to go where I know I will get treated very well and I will get the best possible deal. More

I purchased by Prius from Germain in 1/08 and have had it serviced there since then. First, the purchase was the most painless I have ever experienced. The salesperson knew ahead of time that I did not want serviced there since then. First, the purchase was the most painless I have ever experienced. The salesperson knew ahead of time that I did not want to spend the day there and I actually limited our time to one hour. He, in turn, set his was on the desk to keep an eye on it and one hour later we were walking out the door with the papers for our new car. We did have to wait one day until the car I selected was delivered - to my office door! The service department is the best. Very timely and no high pressure to have extra service done. The cashier and others working in the service office are always friendly and smiling and willing to show peole how the coffee machine works. Plus there are always cookies or donuts available and the chairs in the waiting area and comfortable - what more could your ask for? More
