Jan is one of the best informed sales reps I have encountered. My experience with her was excellent....I referred my son to her and he purchased a new Corolla. The only negative experience with Germain was the trade-in dept. They low-balled my trade at $7500....(I quickly sold it myself for $13,500!). They also invented "problems" with my car, which my mechanic said did not exist. I was very disappointed with this dept. It was the only thing that detracted from a very positive new car buying experience. I will refer all friends and relatives to Jan Christopher (and tell them not to bother with a trade quote). More

All my questions were answered and even when I wanted to add a spoiler he helped me get that as well. The fact is a corolla is a corolla. It will drive twice as long as you want it to, it is practical, safe, affordable, and every other superlative assigned to the model. It is was all it claimed to be, and it was time for a new one. I went to germain toyota expecting to be pushed into a camry, sweet talked into an upgrade, bullied into bigger. I am a sucker. I was amazed at how easy it was to buy the car i wanted, at the price i wanted, on the day i went shopping. TC was patient, personable,and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, met my pricing requests, and suffered my test drive. The whole experiance was remarkably easy. More
