I purchased the 2011 Prius from Paul Delmonte a year ago and the followup by Paul has been continuous to this day! I had a fine sales experience with Michael Germain in 2006 when I purchased a Sienna, as well. The new sales and service rehab is an outstanding facility for Germain customers! The waiting lounge is first class with comfortable seating and excellent refreshment offerings. The service personnel are courteous and helpful. Luis Lopez Garcia was my service advisor on this first visit and he performed his duties well! The oil chaange and alignment was part of the Toyoto purchase policy, along with the Multipoint Inspection, and everything was in good shape. The complimentary car wash was appreciated and might be a sales tool to offer new car purchasers who would like to wash without the service, as Rudy Luther in Minneapolis provides to his customers. I enjoy this privledge with Germain Lexus Platinum and it makes a difference to me! More

Her level of friendliness, courtesy and professionalism surprised both my wife and myself and by the time we were finished we felt like we were part of her family. That is also the case with the entire dealership. They go out of their way to take care of you both before and after the sale. I have always had good experiences with the service and parts departments and I would highly recommend both Jan and the dealership without hesitation. More
