As I mentioned to the sales person, Jan Christopher, we have, of course, dealt with many car dealerships over the years. This was the best experience we have had with any car salesperson. We were taken to at least three different types so that we could experience the difference. Once we were certain of the vehicle we chose, she made absolutely clear how every feature of this car worked. My only less than satisfactory criticism was with the person with whom we signed the paperwork. He seemed to have an "I don't care" attitude and did not explain warranties properly or in any detail.
