The waiting area was very comfortable (except for a screaming, spoiled child) and made the wait pleasant. I appreciated being givena rental car instead if having to wait another 3 hrs. for repair (I did not have an appointment so waited almost 2 hrs. for a diagnosis). I was grateful Ann-Marie had access to my service record from Cobb Toyota and called them to clarify what had been done in Dec. 2012 (oxygen mixer). Lot of money but great experience. More

I have owned three cars in my lifetime and all of them have been toyotas. Two of them I bought at Germain Toyota and I have always taken them to Germain toyota to be serviced. Last week, I brought my new Prius in for a 5,000 mile check. When I returned to pick it up, there were grease fingerprints all over the interior,driver's side, door panel. I brought it to the attention check. When I returned to pick it up, there were grease fingerprints all over the interior,driver's side, door panel. I brought it to the attention of the service rep, and he attempted to wipe them off. But once the chemical he used dried, the fingerprints/grease was again visible. I returned yesterday and the service manager took the car right in. He had it ready in short order. It appears, however, that once grease is applied to a light fabric, it changes the color of the fabric. The new tan fabric on the door now looks like it belongs on a five-year-old vehicle. Grease simply doesn't come out. I went to the added expense shortly after purchasing my dream car, of adding custom-made canvas seat covers to protect the upholstery. I know a car will get dirty over time, people spill things, accidents happen. I did not expect a visit to Toyota for a routine service to end up degrading my new car. The service personnel are courteous, attentive and fast, but I would be lying if I said I was satisfied with this visit. Toyota is better than this. I'm not sure I'll keep bringing my Prius in for service to this location, but I do know I will be honest about recommending this location to friends and family for their service needs; I won't send anyone here. I hope this criticism can be used constructively. Shannon More
