I have worked with several car dealerships and several Sales people within those dealerships; I would say Alex was the easiest and best sales person I have ever dealt with. Alex understood my situation and he went to bat for me and got me the deal I needed. Most sales people and dealerships are just interested in closing the deal but Alex was interested in how he could talk care of me and my situation and in turn Alex and Germain Toyota were able to close the deal. I have already sent one customer to Alex and I will send more!! I would also like to say my first service call; I was also treated as a customer that mattered, not just another customer to handle but a customer that mattered! I hope this answers your question “Why” because I truly know “WHY” I went to Germain Toyota and I know “WHY” I will work with Alex Fischer and Germain again!! More

After many years of purchasing cars, I was always dreading the whole experience, since the last time I bought my toyota avalon in 2003, before that toyota 4 runner, you get the picture. It always turned out to be a whole day affair that was not enjoyable, but it has finally changed, you have introduced a new type of salesperson. We actually enjoyed the entire experience, and it all started and ended with Alex. From the moment he introduced himself and then even the next day, after we returned to get our garage door opener, Alex made us feel welcome, made sure we didn't need anything and went out of his way just for us. I want to thank you for changing my way of thinking about salespeople from the past. More salespeople should learn from Alex to make individuals feel welcome, almost like family. He went the extra mile in our book. Thank you Alex for everything you did for us. Thank you to Germain for hiring such a perceptive, warm, highly knowledgeable, and talented individual. Finally to top it off, we were not even planning on buying a truck that day. We were looking at buying a RV and we were just seeing what type of truck we were going to need to pull it. In 2006 my wife was a hospital case, and I became leery of the old clunker Chevrolet that I was driving for going back and forth to the hospital, etc. One day as I was going by Germain Toyota, I decided t of the old clunker Chevrolet that I was driving for going back and forth to the hospital, etc. One day as I was going by Germain Toyota, I decided to go in and check out their deal for a new car. Was assigned to see Rony Levy, and am sure glad of that, becauae he was so helpful and knowledgable, and I left there with a new 2006 Corolla on lease. My wife died later in 2006. In 2008 I went there for an oil change, etc. and again got to talking with Rony, and left there that day with a 2008 Corolla. Pretty much the same thing happoened in Sept. 2009, and that time I got a 2010 model which I'm driving today. Whether it be Rony, the Service personnel, or whoever, that dealership has always treated me like a king and given me excellent service. John D. Rewey More
