Germain Toyota was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I have bought 3 Toyota's from a different dealer and I can honestly say I will never go back to them. I have a brand new Sienna that had a defective door, when I called Germain they said to come on in and they would take care of it, at that they did. I didn't have to wait, I had a loner car, and it was ready in 2 days. This dealership has what customers are looking for today, excellant customer service. I don't have to wait too long, and there is a "quiet room" for me to wait in. I can read to pass the tme. The car is always clean when I get it back.
