This most recent visit was just an oil change, however, Scott approached us about trading up to the new Rav 4 and introduced us to Hector Ortiz who also introduced us to Rony Levy and we were able to trade up to a 2013 Rav 4 which we are picking up in a couple weeks. We are very, very happy with the decision to trade up and can't wait to get our new Rav 4. Seriously, the best buying experiences we have had have been with Germain. Our entire family drive Toyotas now and we couldn't be happier. Thanks! More
