I dropped off my vehicle for service and was offered a loaner which I was very appreciated of. I had my 2 children with me and some staff went over to them when I was busy giving my information and they loaner which I was very appreciated of. Ann (the service manager) was extremely helpful and courteous. I received several calls while my van was in the shop giving me updates and quotes. I did not have any "unwanted surprises" when I picked up my van. The drop-off and pick-up was very speedy...I did not have to wait long for either process. I highly recommend Germain for a vehicle purchase or service. More
2013 Toyota Camry (10,000 miles) would not go when accelerator depressed.I called Germain and Frank provided me with 24 roadside assistance #. Vehicle was towed within the hour. Frank responded to all my questions personally, provided me with a loaner car for 2 days while my car was repaired. He was efficient, friendly and made a stressful sitiuation tolerable. I was very pleased with my overall experience, however I was not happy that my almost brand new Toyota has had 2 major problems. More
The alternator on our Solara stopped working at 6:00PM; I called the service department at 7:30AM the next day and was told to bring the car in ASAP. The service we received was in a friendly, clean and comfortable environment. The is our third lease which we negotiated with Ron Levy successfullly. Mrs Mazaras was very helpful, and I was impressed with the detailed completion sheet outlining what had been taken care of on my Toyota. The History Channel and National Geographic Channel are good, but it would be better if we could know what is being said. Went on about how the dealer was losing money on the deal. Such horse crap. Was there almost 4 hours, longest I have ever been at a dealer. They take your keys and "hide" car so you cannot leave. I have to get something out of vehicle and I had the other set of keys and it was basically tucked away in rear corner behind some SUV's. That's one way to get you to stay, I guess. One month later, SETF calls and said they only paid 3 of the 5 remaining payments that were left on the old car, even though they agreed to pay all 5. Tried to call dealer and get sent to a message center and they do not return calls. Have also emailed them with no results. Will have to go to BBB and get a lawyer... go anywhere else but to this dealer.... used to be ok before they remodeled. Last salesperson that I got a car from, Jan Christopher was awesome and the experience then was very good... that was three years ago. a lot has changed! More
My family has purchased six cars from Germain in the last 20 years. We love the cars and the service, which is always prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. I like having a service representative come out t 20 years. We love the cars and the service, which is always prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. I like having a service representative come out to meet me as I explain why I brought the car in, and the same person checks me out, explaining what was fixed and why. The continuity is welcome. The waiting area is nice and clean, and I appreciate the complimentary coffee and snacks. It's never fun to wait while your car is fixed, but Germain has been able to make it as pleasant as humanly possible. More
