My first meeting with Ivan was during a service visit when I ran into him in the showroom while I looked around waiting for my car. It was then that I mentioned to him that I had had an unpleasant experience the last time I was there looking for a new car,and his response was simple and to the point,"when you are ready come back and let me erase that memory". Sure enough I did go back and met with him and Eddie Vasco, who was instrumental in putting together the deal that indeed erased all of the bad memories. In fact it all went so well that in the same month I went back and closed on two more deals, yes three cars in one month. Each deal was better than the last, specially the last one where Eddie actually remembered my weakness for specific color and manual transmission and got me into a Corolla which I am thoroughly enjoying. Their service and friendliness simply goes above and beyond, and their understanding of what I needed as a customer was perfect. Every time I went back they made me feel like I was a friend not a customer , and each time they went the extra mile for me. Undoubtedly they will be the first on my list of recommendations to anyone that asks me for a reference for purchasing a new car, and as soon as its time to make a change for myself I am comfortable in the thought that I have somewhere to go where I know I will get treated very well and I will get the best possible deal. I purchased by Prius from Germain in 1/08 and have had it serviced there since then. First, the purchase was the most painless I have ever experienced. The salesperson knew ahead of time that I did not want serviced there since then. First, the purchase was the most painless I have ever experienced. The salesperson knew ahead of time that I did not want to spend the day there and I actually limited our time to one hour. He, in turn, set his was on the desk to keep an eye on it and one hour later we were walking out the door with the papers for our new car. We did have to wait one day until the car I selected was delivered - to my office door! The service department is the best. Very timely and no high pressure to have extra service done. The cashier and others working in the service office are always friendly and smiling and willing to show peole how the coffee machine works. Plus there are always cookies or donuts available and the chairs in the waiting area and comfortable - what more could your ask for? More
We had been shopping around for a new car to lease for a few weeks, since our old lease was coming to a close on our current vehicle. When we received a call from Freddy, and heard what Germain of Naples had to offer, I really thought this deal would never happen! But, the offer was SO much better than any of others, that we drove the 2 hours to check it out. Freddy made it happen! We told him exactly what we wanted, and we drove off with the exact model and payment. Freddy made it the best car buying experience we have ever had, and he really seems to care about the customer and their unique circumstances. No pressure at all to buy either. A very pleasant experience all around! So, if you are even considering a new Toyota in your immdiate future, take the ride to Germain of Naples. You won't leave disappointed. We didn't..and a big thank-you Freddy! More

I live in New Hampshire and recently drove my 2006 Toyota Sienna to Florida. I have had this vehicle for a little over 3 years. I have been concerned about the mileage this vehicle achieved since it only a Sienna to Florida. I have had this vehicle for a little over 3 years. I have been concerned about the mileage this vehicle achieved since it only achieved about 16MPG after our dealer told us it would get over 20MPG. Low and behold, we have lazer cruise control (this is a topend Toyota). We had the vehicle checked before leaving for Florida by our mechanic; he said the car was in good shape and gave us the required annual inspection sticker five days before leaving for Florida. By the time we had gotten to New York (350 miles) the brakes began squealing. The mileage to that point was 16.1 MPG. I thought this is very strange so I turned off the cruise control and drove the rest of the way to Florida (about 1250 miles) without the lazer cruise. After driving the remainder of the distance to Florida without the cruise control, the mileage jumped to 21.4 MPG! I realized that the lazer cruise control system was the cause for the previous 3 years of horrendously bad gas mileage. However, this is not the end. Our brakes had failed previously at 35,000 miles and this time at 76,000 miles. The Germain Toyota dealer in Naples Florida said that the lazer cruise system was fine and that we would have to pay $1,100 to fix the brakes even though we had paid for the extended warranty (to 100,000 miles). They said, "That's normal." So it's normal that a car should gain 5.3 MPG by turning off the cruise control system. Also, on the return trip to New Hampshire we achieved 22.4 MPG. Since November we have been getting about 19.5 MPG around town in New Hampshire (3.5 MPG better). So, after the lies we got from Germain Toyota I will never buy another Toyota and will tell everyone I know not to but one. Lazer cruise keeps the brakes on all the time and in spite of this flaw, Toyota does not stand up to fix it. It could be Germain Toyota is the culprit since they also charged us for replacing the calipers when they only ground them down. Don't buy from Germaine Toyota - they appear to be a bunch of dishonest thieves. More
