Adam, on the other hand, spent a lot of time with me, especially, and all the good qualities one would expect, but not often find, in a sales consultant were so evident in him. Professional (?), certainly, but, also, knowledgeable about the car I needed, personable, with patience, respectfulness, kindness and… honesty, above all.
