Great fast and friendly service. This was the first time I had to bring my new car in to be serviced. I was not sure exactly where to go, however by the time I was out of my car Garon was greeting me and he I had to bring my new car in to be serviced. Took my car for oil change and tire rotation. My . car is toyota camry v6. Service on my car was done for v4. It had alignment done 3 months ago. Alignment is out already. When I talked to Garon, Assistant Service Manager, in regards to alignment issue, he said he would be able to do complimentry adjustment. After doing break flush, oil change, my bill was about $ 174 and change. When I drove off the lot, I realized alignment is not done because car pulls on one side just like before. I called Garon Immidiatly back and no answer so i left him a message. Its been over an hour, no answer from him. Called for service manager, no answer and left a voice mail, still no respose. They did not loose one customer but lot more because I just told my friends and none of them are going back. More
I was greeted promptly and courteously by Ann-Marie for regular maintenance service to my 2012 Tundra Pick-up. Everything was explained well and I was taken to the customer waiting area. As a repeat customer I originally brought in my 2006 Highlander for service and was able to negotiate a good deal on a 2012 Camry while we were there. From the moment that David greeted me to the moment I drove away from Germaine, I felt I was working with someone I could trust. I came to Germaine very apprehensive and concerned about a problem I was experiencing with my 2007 Scion, which I purchased there. David showed me around the new building and I must say I was very impressed with what I saw. He offered me snacks and beverages and then to my amazement, David told me I could sit at any computer station and go online, if I wished to. I am a Graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling field and I had homework to do! Later, David came to talk to me about my car and described exactly what the problem is. He then gave me several options, which I really appreciated. I felt so much better when I left the garage than when I drove in and you can credit David for that. He is such a gentleman and so professional. In addition, he seems to genuinely care about the customers he works with. I will return to Germaine for service in the near future because of the treatment I received from David. In my opinion, he delivers what I call "great customer service." I will definitely refer my friends to Germaine and tell them to ask for David Wade! More
Without a doubt, Paul is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with buying anything of value, let alone cars. He obviously knows what he is doing but his people skills are exceptional. I felt comfortable from the first minute of talking with him. I really wish everyone I deal with in the future (not just Toyota) are of such a quality as him. You are lucky to have someone with his experience and people skills. I do not believe I would have really bought a car this last Saturday if he had not been the salesperson for me when I came in. He understands people. If the rest of the people in the world that sell items took a class from him they would learn much about how to deal with people.
