I came to the dealership to have two Toyota Avalons serviced. While waiting for the work to be completed I spent time looking at showroom cars for sale with Salesperson Hector Ortiz. He understood what my interests were at the time (just browsing and getting an idea of prices and values of the new cars). The more I looked and spent time with Hector I was convinced that I should trade in my 2006 Avalon for a new Camery. Hector's approach and knowledge helped me to make my decision. The total experience and "out the door" with a new car was quick and the transaction went smoothly. This most recent visit was just an oil change, however, Scott approached us about trading up to the new Rav 4 and introduced us to Hector Ortiz who also introduced us to Rony Levy and we were able to trade up to a 2013 Rav 4 which we are picking up in a couple weeks. We are very, very happy with the decision to trade up and can't wait to get our new Rav 4. Seriously, the best buying experiences we have had have been with Germain.
