I assumed that service for vehicle would take around 2 hours. Service for vehicle was completed in 75 minutes. This is the fourth vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership. Fabulous first experience service with my new car's first check jup for the 5,000 mile marker! The staff was great! I knew exactly what to do the minute I pulled into the bay. I was greeted by a professional friendly face with a clipboard who announced I was expected! My total check up took less tan 45 minutes!! I've been very fortunate to have found Germain Toyota when I moved to Naples several years ago. After having a great and personal relationship for many years with a Toyota Dealership in NE Ohio, I was co when I moved to Naples several years ago. After having a great and personal relationship for many years with a Toyota Dealership in NE Ohio, I was concerned that I would never again have that comfort and confidence I had gained up north that my Toyota vehicles would be personally cared for and serviced, in a professional and trustworthy fashion with no concern of being taken advantage of or up sold. However, from my first visit to Germain Toyota, Assistant Service Managers Garon Skender and David Wade have provided me with that same service quality and confidence. They have both regularly handled all of my scheduled maintenance and a few unscheduled issues that needed special attention with the utmost in care and professionalism and have both gone over and above to work with me to meet my needs and find the best, most efficient & economical solutions. This past week I had a rather unexpected service need. David was absolutely fantastic in having his technicians identify and correct the problems and in coordinating my my drop off, temporary transportation and pick up needs. Thanks to these guys, I've found that comfortable dealership relationship again. Thanks also to Salesperson Jan Christopher! I've purchased both a new and used Toyota through Jan and the experience working with her has been equally outstanding. I would highly recommend Jan and refer all family and friends to her to assist with any car purchase needs. And one final shoutout to courtesy car drivers Joe and Eric! They have both been extremely helpful and courteous when I've needed transportation to and from work and the dealership when regular maintenance needs have fallen on work days. Congratulations to you Mr. Germain, you have assembled a fantastic team! The efforts of all these employees have made me a Germain Toyota customer for life in beautiful Naples Florida. More

Very friendly staff, nice new facilities. Although I was shocked by the price for the repair I was pleasantly surprised of complementary car wash, I think it offers a nice touch... However, while there, I learned that if you purchase a new car they give you the service maintenance for free which made feel a little left out.. I purchased my Highlander 10 years ago and have been bringing it to you for all the scheduled maintenance and everything has been out of pocket, even simple oil changes (it's probably in the thousands by now) so I think you should give discounts or free oil changes to your most loyals clients such as myself. More
We had just driven from New Jersey to Florida where we will be making our permanent home in the Naples area. Our Highlander began to make unfamiliar, loud noises and the steering was not smooth. We found an ad for Germaine Toyota in a local flier and drove into their Service Department without an appointment. We were assigned a Service Representative immediately. Ann gave us a diagnosis immediately; this diagnosis was confirmed. We were told the costs associated with the repairs and offered a new car as a loaner while our vehicle was being serviced. Needless to say, we left our Highlander for repair and enjoyed the use of the loaner Camry until ours was ready. We feel that we definitely had 5-star treatment and the Highlander seems to be driving very well. More
