I scheduled a oil change and when I got there they said that the vehicle didn’t need one and I had to come back other day, I said why the person help me didn’t said anything and make me loose a day of work that the vehicle didn’t need one and I had to come back other day, I said why the person help me didn’t said anything and make me loose a day of work and the trip to the dealer, they have little knowledge and customer service is poor, not mentioning that my first visit the loose the wheels caps but I didn’t noticed a few weeks later and they didn’t took responsibility for it and tried to sell me new one for almost $200 I wish never had got into Toyota More
