We had not brought the car back since purchasing our Camry. I spoke to Paul earlier in the morning. He set up an appointment and I was taken right away. As this was part of the free 2 year maintenance Toyota offered I was given the 20,000 mile service free of ch appointment and I was taken right away. He walked me through everything that was done and then washed the car. I was extremely satisfied with him, the showroom and waiting room at Germain Toyota. More
Frank was very efficient in processing my service appointment and everything was completed in 35 minutes! I was a half hour for my 730am appt., but Frank quickly processed the check-in and had the 5 appointment and everything was completed in 35 minutes! Great customer service, which is lacking in most organizations in the past several years nationwide! We purchased a 2010 Prius from your dealership, which we still own and you've serviced it and a 2010 Camry Hybrid that was purchased in Ohio and you've serviced it also when we are at our Fl condo. I dropped off my vehicle for service and was offered a loaner which I was very appreciated of. I had my 2 children with me and some staff went over to them when I was busy giving my information and they loaner which I was very appreciated of. Ann (the service manager) was extremely helpful and courteous. I received several calls while my van was in the shop giving me updates and quotes. I did not have any "unwanted surprises" when I picked up my van. The drop-off and pick-up was very speedy...I did not have to wait long for either process. I highly recommend Germain for a vehicle purchase or service. More
2013 Toyota Camry (10,000 miles) would not go when accelerator depressed.I called Germain and Frank provided me with 24 roadside assistance #. Vehicle was towed within the hour. The alternator on our Solara stopped working at 6:00PM; I called the service department at 7:30AM the next day and was told to bring the car in ASAP.
