It was on a Sunday and we were just going to "look" at a Lexus RX350 (thinking the dealership was closed). To our surprise, you were open and there was Dion Homer waving us in. I came in to have my 2012 Prius V services and ended up buying a new car. Marco was my sales person. He was kind and respectful and bent over backwards to meet my needs. RE: Deal # 2611900. This is to claim an unfair and deceptive practice by Germain Toyoto of Naples regarding the Warranty option I purchased with the vehicle. During the excessively rushed closing with the Business Manager, Mr. Golden, I clearly stated I wanted the Silver Plan at $576, instead, I got the Golden Plan at $1,813. I erroneously signed it and some dozen or so other documents without scrutiny, assuming that what was said orally would be on the contract. I mistakenly trusted Mr. Golden and Germain Toyota. Mr. Golden refuses to take my calls and the Sales Director, Jaime Amoroso, refused to make any correction stating that because I signed it, nothing could or would be done – except to give me a free oil change. I demand a refund of the difference of $1,237. More

Getting an appointment was easy as well as checking in with the service advisor. I went in for an oil change and checkup at 160,000 miles. I've been dealing with Germain Toyota with three different Venzas so far and my experience across the board has been a good one. I come to the dealership for Service cause they know their cars best and I believe in going back to the place I bought the car. I've been with Toyota since 1996, thru 8 different new Toyotas and (knock on wood) have never had a major service issue with any of them. Germain's employees are pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable and accurate with the time and cost estimates. There is nothing not to like. I hope Toyota continues to provide the cars I prefer to purchase cause I like dealing with Germain. More
