He helped put me at ease. I honestly didn't plan to buy a vehicle that specific day since it was only my second day of looking but I think I got a very good deal. Michael and the dealership worked with me to get a price and payment for the vehicle that fit my budget. I was very satisfied. Mr. Ctvrtnik advised me to come in and ask for him when I got there. He immediately addressed my concerns; he made sure I was comfortable in a quiet lounge and when the mechanic servicing my vehicle found a problem with one of my tires, Mr. Ctvrtnik,s professional skills kicked in re: how he handle the situation with me. I would also like to commend Jason (Finance Manager), who provided assistance. When I returned home, I contacted my friend who recommended your dealership and thanked him. Frank Lopez welcomed me and my red Toyota convertible one year ago when I moved here from Long Island...Once again his service team hit a home run..I called at 10 AM for a service appointment and he sai one year ago when I moved here from Long Island...Once again his service team hit a home run..I called at 10 AM for a service appointment and he said come right over...By 2 Pm I was on the road again a completely satisfied customer. He shared some items which were merely heads up on service areas, suggestions and precautions. He is an effective and dependable source of tips and information regarding keeping my convertible in top running shape....Oh I almost forgot the Germain Toyota team returned my car with a car wash!! Upon arriving I was greeted ...Mike listened to what I was describing about the issue with my car, he escorted me to the waiting area and then later brought me back to the bay to my car and he and the mec was describing about the issue with my car, he escorted me to the waiting area and then later brought me back to the bay to my car and he and the mechanic addressed the issue and also pointed out the connector to my headlight that has burned out and would replace. I originally went elsewhere for an oil change. That service center said the oil-filter housing unit was broken (they could not access the filter). Germain Toyota service said no - it was fine. They didn't carry the brand of tires that I wanted but were very accommodating to order them in. More
