He was presented the mail notification and explained it would probably take an hour to perform. It ran slightly over an hour but the reception area was well stocked with snacks and beverages for my weight. The car was washed and ready to go upon notification by Michael. My previous visit in November was to get the 22,000 inspection just before my warranty expired. Much to my surprise, the invoice on that visit showed only the oil change and tire rotation. You do owe me the inspection listed for 22,000 miles. I wish that I had noticed it earlier because Michael would have handled it! More

Toyota Total Care Extended Contract/Service on my Camry I found it upsetting that my extended Total Care Contract was not on file in my records. I had to show proof of it to Arthur. I had Arthur update my I found it upsetting that my extended Total Care Contract was not on file in my records. I had to show proof of it to Arthur. I had Arthur update my address as well. Also, my car was done for awhile and was sitting in the garage. I was not called to finalize the service. I had to go to Arthur and say that I had been waiting almost two hours. He was talking with a co-worker and said "oh yes, what is your name? Yes, your car is done." There was a luncheon going on for employees and everyone was carrying plates back to their work stations. I had minimal service - tire rotation, fluid and tire check and AC filter cleaning. They did not change my synthetic oil since I was at 5,000 miles over the last oil change in 2013. The work was done well and this is the first time I have had a small problem at Germaine. Usually it is exceptionally efficient. I will continue to use Germaine and will most likely buy my next Toyota from you. This is my 4th Camry. JoanDeuch More

ANN-MARIE ROEBUCK WAS FIRST PERSON I TALKED TO, AND WHAT A REFRESHING EXPERIENCE. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PUTS U IMMEDIATELY AT EASE AND A PLEASE TO WORK WITH. I GOT IN AT 7AM, YES 7AM, AND OUT IN APPROX ONE HOUR, NO HASSLE, NO PRICE GOUGING, JUST HONEST FAST AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. Germain Toyota got our vehicle diagnosed and repaired the same day. From the initial phone call, to the drop off and pickup, the quality of service was absolutely top-notch. Peggy Mazaras, was professional and courteous and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. Returning my vehicle freshly washed was a nice touch...uncommon but very refreshing. Very pleasant first experience Just moved to Estero and lost a car key in the move. Being her first client at 7 am is not always the best but she made sure I felt welcome and important. I will have no problem coming back for addtional service or recommending Germain service in the future. More
