I called and asked if I still had a pending oil change. They said yes so I proceeded to make the appointment. After waiting about half an hour, I was told that I already had my two oil changes and was told They said yes so I proceeded to make the appointment. After waiting about half an hour, I was told that I already had my two oil changes and was told one tire was worn on one side and needed replacement. I ask why it wasn’t in warranty since car only has 12k miles. I was told no so I asked for a manager. Manager said they don’t warrant tires and I asked why not. I shouldn’t pay for a new tire with such low mileage. Manager got upset and raised voice. If this was explained a bit nicely, I would have understood. This is the second time with an upset staff. Was on my way to look at Jeep’s. I knew I was going to be driving by a Toyota dealership. So I decided to just drive into there and look around, since I always knew they had a good r I knew I was going to be driving by a Toyota dealership. So I decided to just drive into there and look around, since I always knew they had a good reputation. I was surprised that maybe I could buy one. Price wise. I knew another Jeep wrangler wouldn’t be right for me at age 67. No airbags on the doors. So that’s when I started to take this seriously. A very nice man named Marco Galarza a salesman came and greeted me. He was so kind that I didn’t feel intimidated. I picked out what I liked and we went for a drive. The story goes on. After I was liking to see what it may cost me we went inside the building. A manager -Nick introduced himself to me. Very polite. These wonderful people made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident. I was on my way to purchase a new vehicle. No Jeep. Decided they don’t have airbags. So this was my decision. Sat an awhile waiting but I understood. I started to have a bit of “What did I do” moment. But thought about it and decided I was making a right decision. Marco listened to my bad year that I told him about. And he and the staff worked out how I could pay that would suite and help me. I paid cash. Also, Ezequiel Garcia was special. Made me feel comfortable while we settled the payment. To sum it up- I’m so glad I had driven there to look. I bought a dependable RAV4. It was sad to leave my Jeep wrangler behind. But having my RAV in my driveway makes me smile. I always dreaded buying a car, being a female and being taken advantage money wise. But this was a really good day! So unexpected!
