The new 2014 was our third Highlander and seventh Toyota, four of which were purchased at Germaine. The Highlander met all of our needs and we have been very pleased with the model. We required a bench second seat which was leather. This narrowed our choice to one vehicle on the lot. We negotiated a competitive price and I was pleased with the dealership's willingness to negotiate both on the trade in and the new auto price. We expect many years of safe, comfortable riding as we received with our former Highlander. More
