Excellent Customer Service from Mike Cunninham Battery on Prius died on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I had already dropped the key in the box as told by the person on the phone when I saw Mike. Battery on Prius died on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I had already dropped the key in the box as told by the person on the phone when I saw Mike. He came out and took all my information and made sure I was on the list for first thing Tues. am. True to his word my car was serviced and ready that afternoon.He arranged for my transportation to the dealership and explained all work and charges in layman's terms and off I went. Thanks Mike!!! Repair of Prius Car was showing master warning symbol. Called 1st thing in AM, call back received almost immediately. Told to bring car in right away for checking. Ann-Marie handled all necessary items explaining to me exactly what to expect. Wait time seemed a bit long to hear results. Shocked when told what was wrong and price for repair but had not options. Ann-Marie offered 10% discount which I appreciated very much. She also set me up with a loaner car so that I could continue on to work. Again that was thoughtful and appreciated very much. When I returned to pickup car all went smoothly. As I drove off lot my car seemed to be acting a little different so was going to return next day or at least call but by time I arrived home it seemed to have cleared up and so have decided didn't need to pursue further. More

A Very Bad Experience at Germain Toyota I purchased a 2011Rav 4 from Germain Toyota. I had turned in my Toyota Hylander which I also purchased from Germain Toyota. My whole family has purcha I purchased a 2011Rav 4 from Germain Toyota. I had turned in my Toyota Hylander which I also purchased from Germain Toyota. My whole family has purchased cars from Germain Toyota. That will no longer be the case. My gas pedal was non responsive and had the car towed into the service department. They informed me it would be $1,400. repair. They said it was a throttle body. This car is only 2 yrs old, has never been in an accident and has every routine check up from thier service department. The manger gave me $200 off the bill and said I had to take it up with Toyota. I did and they said they could not help me. I am a teacher and I teach my students to do the right thing. There is no way there should be this heavy of a repair on such a young car. Germain Toyota should do the right thing. Deneen Crandall More
