Excellent Standard of Service Purchasing my 4Runner was overall a good experience. However, the level of service since then has be outstanding. Alan Carey, Angie Eling, Peg Mazara Purchasing my 4Runner was overall a good experience. However, the level of service since then has be outstanding. Alan Carey, Angie Eling, Peg Mazaras and Geff, the team behind the service car desk, the porters and last but not least, the mechanic who's name I cannot remember (Geff might remember)- he took the time, just after I bought the car, to drive with me to see if we could isolate an issue I thought the car had. I was so re-assured after the time he took and the knowledge he shared with me. He said he'd been with Toyota for 16 or 18 years I believe. Peg has also been amazing- she is so patient and accommodating with her customers. After a scratch repair that went well, I notices that there was paint specs over 90 percent of the car. Peg not only made sure it was taken care of but the service manager (he didn't have a name tag on unfortunately) also re-assured me it would be detailed and remedied. I've yet to pick up the care but I am confident of the service and end result. Guys, honestly, I've never had a service experience like I've had with your dealership. I've been a corporate recruiter for 20 years now and prior to that was in the service industry in Hotels; I have my bachelors in Hospitality Management. You consistently knock it out of the park. The public is difficult to deal with - more often than not- I understand this first hand. You should all be proud of what you do for people and how you do it. I couldn't be more impressed. More
