Michael O'Brien was fantastic! So appreciate Michael's patience. He was my first contact regarding the CX-9. Two months of looking and considering options brought me back to Germa So appreciate Michael's patience. He was my first contact regarding the CX-9. Two months of looking and considering options brought me back to Germain Mazda West. The main reason was Michael's occasional follow ups. Of all the salespeople from other dealerships, Michael was the best. His patience was appreciated as we negotiated over a couple of vehicles. He was willing to do it via text, phone conversation, and eventually at the office. Once we arrived for a test drive and decided to purchase the vehicle, he did not try to upsell me on any other options. The finance department gave me options which I turned down. Once again, no pressure or attempt to push me to purchase additonal warranties. Overall, I highly recommend dealing with this dealership, especially Michael O'Brien. More
