Ed too was very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable. He showed me the Navigator I wanted, had my trade-in valued quickly, and made the experience very enjoyable. Tony in Finance was also great to work with. The whole process took only three hours, and I’m now enjoying my new Navigator purchased at Germain, thanks to a great sales team and a great experience.
