Consistently poor service. Not sure why anyone would buy a Ford product. The service department called me and told me they need to have the vehicle for multiple days to get a camera module because "Ford makes them jump through hoops." After owning Cadillacs and GMCs for 20 years, the switch to Ford on the Lincoln Navigator has been horrendous. Buggy tech that alway breaks. Breaks that squeal all the time, but of course the service department "couldn't replicate" (didn't try). Their "service valet" is also awful with onerous terms and restrictions on loaner vehicles and they force you to make an extra trip to the gas station even if they only have your vehicle for a day (they can't spare a gallon of gas lol). I was excited to try the Navigator which seems like a great car and has nice features, but the horrible Ford SYNC technology, glitchy technology, squealing breaks, and awful service department have made me reconsider ever owning another Lincoln or Ford product. When you have major issues with technology and reliability, the service department could compensate with a great experience, but unfortunately Germain Lincoln doesn't - unless you like hearing a lot of excuses.
