Regarding intermittent issues — when a concern cannot be reproduced during a visit, our technicians are limited in what they can address through the manufacturer's warranty process, and that is a constraint shared by every dealer, regardless of make or brand. Yeah, well you guys didn't fix the issues. Car has been in twice and still gets front camera fault, service front camera. You did fix the brake squealing on the second try. Nothing but consistently terrible service from your dealership, with many excuses as you made in your last response. Newsflash, this isn't the first vehicle I've ever owned in my life, so you're not educating me on "how things work." I have owned Cadillacs, GMCs, Fords, Jeeps, and Teslas, and have never experienced anything this bad - especially from a supposedly premium brand.
