I have been a most satisfied customer for almost 20 years, purchasing and leasing both Mercury and Lincoln autos. Dave Kern has been my salesman throughout. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and available for questions. The service department has taken care of my automobiles on time and on schedule in a professional and friendly manner. I have never had a problem with any auto I leased or purchased at Germaine. Since all else reflects excellent customer relations, I have to assume that the price is also competitive. I must admit, that I have not shopped at other dealers because I am extremely satisfied with Germaine. More

Bonnie was great. She was efficient, respectful and direct. Would recommend her to anyone - especially female purchasers. As a female I have not been taken seriously and when it came to signing on th direct. Would recommend her to anyone - especially female purchasers. As a female I have not been taken seriously and when it came to signing on the dotted line - previous sales people would turn to my husband for credit and final approval. I wasn't going to proceed with anyone that approached me that way again. Bonnie didn't even hint at doing that. She is great! More
