One day earlier we visited another dealership. I can say it was not a good experience. They made us stand in the lobby,we were not invited into any office. We told them what we were looking for,they went to the back, then returned to tell us the vehicle was not available but never asked if they could interest us in an alternative.We left feeling that they really didn't care to sell us us a car. I really have to commend Germaine Lincoln, they know how to treat a customer. I gave this rating because we had such a good experience buying our Lincoln.
