Nice looking place. They expected me at the time we agreed. I found a comfortable place to sit. In trying to fix front camera, they disabled the rear camera, which always worked properly…. Also, charged me instead of warranting. The right front tire was leaking, and although they rotated the tires… camera, which always worked properly…. Also, charged me instead of warranting. The right front tire was leaking, and although they rotated the tires… it still shows low. Worse dealer for service I regret selling my Chevy Acadia for a Lincoln Nautilus. Dealer knew this was to be a tow vehicle when it was ordered. Germain does minimal to assist in knowledge or financially. Julia is the bright spot, and very nice through all of this however. She is the service writer. Thank you More

My service appointments have always been on time and efficient. Waiting in the lounge area is very comfortable and staff check on you and will provide water, coffees, teas, etc. The service agent thro efficient. I won't take my Nautilus anywhere else for service. More

Do not buy here. They are selling vehicles with known driving defects (2023 Navigators). They acknowledge the defect after purchase and then note there is nothing t They are selling vehicles with known driving defects (2023 Navigators). They acknowledge the defect after purchase and then note there is nothing they can do about it. But they cheerfully offer to help with the Lemon Law process. Unfortunately, you still have a lemon to deal with. I would never buy here again. Major, costly mistake for me. More
