He was very effective, and congenial, in explaining how long the test would take, what the test technician had discovered, and what were the must-do He was very effective, and congenial, in explaining how long the test would take, what the test technician had discovered, and what were the must-do and optional service items. He promptly arranged for a loaner. His predicted time of completion was accurate to within 5 minutes! All in, it was as pleasant an experience as one could have considering the impact on my pocket. We had Jackson Kirby assist us today at the dealership. Somehow at one of our dealership visits, either here or in Michigan, our key for the locking wheels went missing.
