He was very knowledgeable about all of the features that the car had to offer, and went above and beyond to ensure that the car was everything I wanted and more. Chuck is a great addition to the Germain Lexus team and an overall great person to work with. I also must sing praise to Mike Lawson who made the financing portion both fun and entertaining, he too far surpassed my expectations taking time to answer every question (trust me there were a lot) and explained every step of the process.
