The salesmen that I worked with were knowledgeable and were a pleasure to deal with. Many car dealerships create an adversarial atmosphere between customer and salesperson. This was not the case in the past, and continued to be a good experience this time as well. Adding to this, Germain's Service Department is exceptional and we have always been treated very well here, whether for routine maintenance or if there was some kind of problem with the vehicle. I then visited the dealership with no appointment having been made and despite them being busy Mike and Brent Robertson looked after me very well and arranged a test drive on the spot.
