You & your staff knowingly mislead what me throughout the entire process while my car was in Germain's care. The mechanics, the service tech, the service manager & you were all responsible why this situation turned ugly. All you had to do was say what you would do & do what you say but unfortunately that was too much to ask of you & your highly trained staff. There is nothing that you or anyone at Germain can do to ever get my business back. The Germain way of doing business is not acceptable to me.
