Less than 1 week after Hurricane Milton I needed to have an oil change. The dealership had been without power. The waiting area lounge was busy with clients waiting for their vehicles. this dealership is obscenely over priced. i compared prices they quoted with Scanlon Lexus and thes folks were 30% higher for the same exact service and parts. i would never go in there i compared prices they quoted with Scanlon Lexus and thes folks were 30% higher for the same exact service and parts. i would never go in there again....please check Scanlon and compare. i am a neutral shopper, and just relocated to Naples. i have no affiliation with either dealership, and have no dog in this fight. just want to make folks aware they are being totally overcharged for every item they buy or service performed. you have been warned.......stay clear. I’ve been a Germain Lexus customer for my last four cars. I’ve never had anything but great service. Scott Fielding has been the service person I’ve worked with for the past five visits and he’s always been I’ve never had anything but great service. I intend to soon purchase yet another car in the very near future and am working with Jemma at the moment. I can recommend both as great representatives of Germain Lexus and look forward to them looking after me in the future. More
