Janet is the consummate positive professional that takes a personal approach as opposed to the stereotypical "cars sales robot". She listens and has an actual interest in you and your car buying experience. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us throughout our entire purchase experience. Bennie and Josh are by far the best in the business. You will be hard pressed to find 2 individuals more dedicated to the customer and their wants and needs. Their profound positivity and willingness to provide solutions rather than obstacles with outside-of-the-box thinking, are a refreshing change to not only the car buying experience, but the personal experience that you just don't find much of this day in age. It was a very personal and intimate experience that made us feel like they were our family and that they were going to do anything and everything for us that they would do for their own family. We were initially hesitant to justify the higher payment that we were accustomed to, but throughout this process we realized that paying a little more and being treated like family and receiving the "luxury" experience was well worth our time and money. I will not buy another Lexus from any other dealership. We are sold on Lexus, but more importantly, we are sold on Bennie, Josh, and Janet. You make that dealership the best!! BG More

Long trip for a great car We totaled out or Saab 9-3 and I found one in Ohio. I thought it would be worth the 4 hour trip to get a rust free car. After the long trip I found th We totaled out or Saab 9-3 and I found one in Ohio. I thought it would be worth the 4 hour trip to get a rust free car. After the long trip I found the car in poor shape. I was upset to say the least. I googled Saab 9-3's near Columbus and a good looking one came up at Germain's so I traveled further. This Saab was the nicest 2006 vehicle I have ever seen. You can tell Germain's picks their used cars wisely. Abubakar helped with the sale and he couldn't have been more professional and kind. He showed me around the entire dealership and explained the care that they go through with their cars. Now this was a ten year old car, but they treated me like I was buying a $70,000.00 brand new Lexus. I had at least 5 employees shook my hand and thanked me for my business. What a pleasure guys, especially after I thought I might had made an all day trip for nothing. More

Best car buying experience ever!!!! We had not purchased a new car in a very long time. First suv for us and the electronics were a bit overwhelming, to say the least. Janet was wonderful throughout the purchasing process. Her no pressure and enthusiastic sales style was wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and helped us find the RX350 of Bob's dreams!!! Everyone we dealt with were all very friendly and knowledgeable in their specific areas and helped to make the process smooth. We would recommend Janet and Germaine Lexus to anyone. More
Excellent Experience I am from Marion, and I recently purchased a 2013 Lexus RX350. I traded in a 2010 CTS Cadillac, and I was somewhat apprenhensive. Patrick Green and I am from Marion, and I recently purchased a 2013 Lexus RX350. I traded in a 2010 CTS Cadillac, and I was somewhat apprenhensive. Patrick Green and Jeremy Williams of Buckeye Auto Tech strongly recommended that I go to Germain Lexus of Easton and put me in touch with Josh Miller. Josh arranged for me to meet with Troy Slivka at the pre-owned site as I wanted to keep my cost reasonable. Troy was excellent as he was very patient in answering all of my questions. As a woman shopping by myself for a car, I felt very respected. Troy was also very timely in answering my questions by way of emails and gave me genuine advice. I absolutely love my car. Sitting up.higher with the wide open front windows along with the blind spot monitor provide a much safer driving experience for me. It Is also.very easy to maneuver. As a retired teacher it was so nice to work with Eric Welch who was a former student of mine at Marion Harding High School. I do not enjoy the car buying experience, and it was very comforting to see a familiar face who I knew would look out for my best interest. He made all the paperwork bearable. As a teacher, it's always nice to see a former student experience success in his career. This past week I went for my 45,000 maintenance check. I was very impressed with being assigned a service advisor. Aaron Doty was patient in answering my questions, and he did a fine job in keeping in touch with me. Being from Marion, it was nice to be able to walk over to Easton Town Center to shop while my car was serviced. Everyone has been very welcoming, and it has been a very enjoyable couple of days. Wow what a true disappointment in Germain Easton! After spending more than 2 hours assisting a friend going back and forth with the normal used car sales practices... We both received a verbal commitment via telephone with a confirmed sales price on a certified Lexus used RX350 Sat evening at closing hours. The Associate told us come Monday morning the agreed to final numbers would be in my inbox per our discussion... Only to learn Monday afternoon the car was sold to someone else. Poor Business Practices in my opinion. Time to look elsewhere. Lexus Germain has lost my business! More

We were in the market for a 2016 Lexus RX 450h and after looking at the Lexus NX and deciding the RX was a better car. Jay answered all my calls and responded very promptly to all my e-mails. He even kept me in the loop as more information about new models were coming out. Best of all, he is just a really nice guy to be around with a great smile. Unfortunately, Germain Lexus of Easton was unable to gain my business because of better pricing and an equally impressive buying experience at another dealership. While I could tell Jay was on my side, it was unfortunate that his sales manager, Bennie, would not budge on pricing. Nevertheless, even though I decided to go with another dealership, Jay was courteous about the situation and welcomed me to come back for any future Lexus purchase. I found the experience at Germain Lexus of Easton enjoyable and certainly how buying a car should be. More
